BC NDP – Digital Coordinator – Video Producer

The BC NDP is seeking a qualified individual to produce, shoot and edit video projects as part of our growing digital team for the 2017 BC Provincial Election.
The successful applicant will execute projects ranging from short web videos to live broadcasts. Responsibilities will also include participation in concept creation.


This is a new position for Megaphone. What that means is that we want to find a person who cares about the work we do and who is a great fit with our team and culture. This also means you’ll be part of creating what the role looks like.

There are more than 27,000 non-profit societies in BC, providing services and programs that touch virtually every citizen. The BC Society Act, which provides the rules for governance and incorporation of non-profits, is set for important changes. The official proclamation of the new Societies Act will likely take place in fall 2016, and there will be a two year transition period by which time all societies in BC will have to make the switch to the new Act.
