The workshop will introduce you to the Sharing Imperative, and show you some of the ways that you can use technology to reach your mandate and share best practices with other non profits. 

As part of the workshop, you will also receive an audit of your website, which will include advice on how to improve donor and volunteer engagement, and achieve greater mission transparency. Building on this audit, the workshop will cover the basics of: 

• Content Management Systems (like WordPress, Weebly or Wix)

• Creating and sharing budgets using Google Spreadsheets

• Planning events and programs using Eventbrite

• Conducting surveys of your stakeholders to gauge mission success and improve operations
