David Hume

David Hume is Executive Director, Citizen Engagement for the Government of British Columbia. His small but high impact team is helping government agencies open code, data and APIs to power opportunities for BC’s tech community through DataBC and the B.C. Developers’ Exchange. David is also responsible for managing many high profile public consultations for the provincial government, including recent work on modernizing liquor laws, reducing frustration in government services, and improving the situation of people with disabilities in our province.
