[Surrey] Fall Fundraising: Planning your Year-end Campaign

This free workshop is for organizations who are planning their first or a more comprehensive Fall Campaign. It presents the basics on how to; refine your impact message, identify your targets, define your approach and create an end of year contributors’ plan.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS EVENT?

  • Nonprofit staff who want to learn how to plan a successful fall fundraising campaign
  • Fundraisers (new) who want to brush up on the skills necessary to raise more money
  • Fundraisers (experienced) who want to share their skills with their peers or connect with nonprofits who need professional fundraisers
  • Anybody with a connection to a community organization who wants to help their local school, board, church, etc. learn how to raise money during a fall campaign

The workshop is presented by Melanie Crombie, a partner in Thrive Resilient Community Solutions. Melanie has successfully run annual and capital campaigns and developed innovative approaches to engaging contributors for BC Children’s Hospital, Canadian Diabetes Association, The Kay Meek Centre and the BC Paraplegic Association.
